Melani is a creative spirit who uses her passion to cultivate beauty on the earth. As the Sonco Via gardener of the plants, healing herbs and flowers that fill our sanctuary Melani creates sacred space and magical settings for the many ceremonies that are offered. Her deep love of organic gardening, natural landscaping and sustainable living provides the perfect backdrop for Cafe Mana, Sonco Via's outdoor kitchen, where meals are prepared from "the garden to table" paradigm.
Melani's is also the creator of our natural spa products and the photographer of our website, sacred travels and retreats.
Melani is trained as a women’s health specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She originally went into the field of medicine in order to practice and volunteer in areas of need. From this vision, she has created an association with Kausay Wasi Health Clinic in Calca, Peru, where she regularly sends needed medical supplies. Her dream is to expand this vision into other areas of the world as a primary extension of Sonco Via's service.
